This website is maintained by Payscout which is an independent service provider to Constar Financial Services. Payments made through this website may incur a convenience fee for each transaction, where they are legally permissible. That fee will be displayed for your authorization prior to final submission of your payment. This includes payments made that utilize ACH (bank draft), credit card or debit card. This is a fee charged by Payscout. Constar Financial Services does not receive any part of the convenience fee charged by Payscout. If you do not wish to incur a convenience fee you may make payment by check, cashier’s check, money order, or cash and send same directly to Constar Financial Services, 10400 N. 25th Ave., Suite 100 Phoenix AZ 85021. In order to properly process your transaction, it is necessary that you complete all of the requested information.

Massachusetts Residents
